PHM #2 -- Hex 55.68 -- Entrance to the Valley of Kings (pt 1)

Issue 2 of Populated Hexes Monthly explores a coastal desert hex that serves as the entrance to the mysterious Valley of Kings, a miles-long canyon containing burial vaults used by the Crocodile Kings long ago to inter their dead nobility. This issue focuses primarily on rules to create undead creatures, both in-game for players that wish to explore the necromantic arts as well as behind the scenes, for Referees that wish to bedevil their players with unique undead creations.
